The rules for using RAE.
Last updated: April 2026
Acceptance
By using RAE Audit or the RAE Node, you agree to these terms. If you’re using RAE on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
Free audit
The free audit is provided as-is. We send adversarial prompts to the endpoint you provide. By submitting an endpoint, you confirm you have authorisation to test it. Do not submit endpoints you don’t own or have permission to test. We are not responsible for any effects of the audit on your system.
Acceptable use
You may not use RAE to:
- Attack systems you don’t own.
- Generate illegal content.
- Circumvent security measures you are not authorised to test.
- Violate any applicable law.
Intellectual property
The RAE software, detector models, and attack corpus are proprietary. The audit report is yours to use internally. You may not reproduce or distribute it commercially.
Data handling
See our Privacy Policy for how we handle audit data and Node metadata.
Limitation of liability
RAE is a security product. We make no guarantee that our audit will find every vulnerability in your system. Security is a process, not a product. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA.
